Website Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
Curiqon is being built for organisations that safeguard some of the most sensitive information in Australia. That standard starts with how we treat yours. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Curiqon is a product of Quantum Flux IT Pty Ltd (ABN 52 671 985 827, ACN 671 985 827) ("Quantum Flux IT", "Curiqon", "we", "us", "our"), an Australian company building a care operations platform for NDIS, aged care and disability support providers. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to our public website, our early-access waitlist and our contact and demo-request forms. The Curiqon platform itself — the software used by provider organisations to manage clients, staff and services — will be governed by separate customer agreements and privacy documentation made available to customers before onboarding.
3. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and keep you informed:
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, state or territory, team size, and anything you include in a message to us.
- Correspondence — records of emails and other communications with us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referral source, collected automatically through cookies and analytics (see section 8).
We do not ask for, and please do not send us, health information or personal information about the people your organisation supports through this website.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
- To manage the early-access program and waitlist.
- To send you product updates and launch news you have signed up for — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Ever.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate this website and communicate with you — for example web hosting, email delivery and form-handling providers. They are permitted to use your information solely to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers (for example website hosting and email delivery providers) may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Note: Curiqon platform customer data is hosted in Australian data centres under separate customer arrangements. This section relates to website, waitlist and contact form information only.
7. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable hosting providers. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to remove your details from our waitlist or records at any time.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and support essential site functions. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this website. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy to describe the tools in use. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website will still work.
9. Accessing or correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@curiqon.com. We will respond within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days). We will not charge you for making a request.
10. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.
11. Questions and complaints
If you have a question, concern or complaint about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first at hello@curiqon.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our website and services evolve. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top.
